1. Yarn Spinners Tours reserve the right to cancel any tours with under four adults two weeks prior to the tour, full refunds or rebooking and a 20% tour discount voucher will always be offered in this unlikely event.

2. Full refunds of monies paid to Yarn Spinners Tours will only be considered for cancellations 1 month in advance of tour departure, if you need to cancel within a month we will always do our best to reschedule your tour to a more convenient time. Cancellation of rescheduled tours or within one week of departure will usually result in losing all monies paid. However pick up the phone and have a word and we'll see if there is anything we can do, we are here to help.

3. Yarn Spinners tours reserve the right to refuse any person/s on a tour.

4. On Ghost and Grisly Tales tours and the Graveyard Tours children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult (over 16).

5. Private Tours: When booking a private tour there will usually be an administration fee of £25 in addition to the price of the tickets.

6. Group Tours: Group bookings are available. Please contact us for more information.

7. Corporate bookings may also be required to pay additional non-refundable deposits, depending on the range of requirements, these will be advised and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

8. Yarn Spinners Tours (and/or all its owners/directors/employees) will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind arising from the tour, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
