Yarn Spinners Tours was created by Bradford based entrepreneur Rubina Khan. She has many years experience working in the tourism industry both at home and abroad and obtained a BA Hons at Bradford College in Tourism Management.
Rubina is passionate about Yorkshire and particularly her home city, Bradford, and wants to spread the word about the area's rich history. She set up Yarn Spinners Tours when she recognised that there was an opportunity to inform, educate and entertain both residents and visitors.
We developed Ghost Walks and Victorian Tours as a way of sharing our knowledge and enthusiasm and getting people involved. From an original portfolio of just three tours we have now grown to offer a wider range of tours all over Yorkshire, though it's fair to say our main focus is still Bradford.
New for 2007 are our Bespoke Tours – just tell us what you fancy and we sort it out and we've also now moved into Corporate Events too!
With this our new web site we look set for a bumper 2008!
